This workshop is designed to teach you how to change your relationship with food.
Using a combination of yoga, meditation and experiential practices, students will learn:
- What to do on a daily basis to prevent overeating
- What to do when in the middle of eating emotionally and how to stop themselves
- How to make food choices that make them feel light and energized
- How to break the cycle of emotional eating so they can be free of shame and guilt
